Spa Hours
Hours of Operation: We are open or available
Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 7 AM - 7 PM. Sunday
afternoons though, are usually reserved for
emergency-type visits for pain management.
Appointments: Please arrive 10 minutes early for
your appointment if you are a new client as this
allows time for you to leisurely fill out your health
history for our records. You may schedule Spa
appointments by calling 207-528-2505 or
207-794-4654 (cell) anytime.
Cancellation: Please allow 12 hours notice of cancellation or change.
Your Spa Experience: Please be sure to inform us if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, heart
ailments of any condition that may counteract with heat therapies, massage or skin care. For your safety
and well-being, we highly discourage alcohol consumption prior to or immediately following Spa
therapies. We also discourage shaving prior to and after exfoliation treatments. (i.e. Salt Scrubs, etc.)
Some treatments may not be performed on sunburned skin. Please remove contact lenses prior to
facial treatments. It is also unadvisable to eat prior to massage therapy.
Please leave your valuables at home as many treatments require removal of jewelry.

Directions to the Spa: From Houlton, take I-95 to the Island Falls exit. Turn right and go west on Route
159 to Patten. When you get to Patten at the stop sign, turn right onto Hwy. 11. Drive all the way through
town heading north on Hwy. 11. Head out of town about 1 ½ miles and turn left onto Clark Road. It’s a
dead end road and we’re located halfway down on the right. We have a sign on Clark Road in front of
the property.
From Millinocket, take I-95 north to the Sherman/Patten exit. Turn left at the stop sign onto Hwy. 11 and
head north to Patten. Drive all the way through Patten on Hwy. 11 and out of town about 1 ½ miles and
turn left onto Clark Road. We’re located halfway down the road on the right. You’ll see our sign.
