Steam/Sauna Treatments
Healthy Steam Detoxification Treatments: Steam is provided under the
Steamy Wonder, a feather-light canopy atop your massage table. You are
able to relax while comfortably lying flat and your head is kept cool outside
the canopy with a cool cloth to the forehead. Never left unattended, you
have access to cool water to sip and ice under your neck should you need
it. A fan is also used to keep the face comfortable. A Steam Detox Treat-
ment will last 20-30 minutes. Add a basic Steam Treatment to a Massage
Therapy session for only $20! That is considered a Double Detox.
People who steam regularly report:
heart disease, other cardiovascular conditions or extremely frail, sick or elderly. Also, you must
replenish fluids lost from steaming. We advise consuming up to 1 gallon of water.)
Basic Steam Detox Treatment Combo: This popular treatment INCLUDES a luxurious 1 hour full-body
aromatherapy massage session, a steam treatment that comfortably warms and relaxes all the

30- Minute Steam-Me-Up: This treatment is a great pick-me-up for those on a lunch break or for a
student on the go. It’s a fabulous follow-up treatment for those who wish detoxification or sore muscle
relief on a regular basis. An aromatic steam bath with a light neck and shoulder massage. 30

Allergy, Cold & Cough-Cutter: Relieves sinus and lung congestion from colds and allergies and an
ideal preventative for the winter flu. Includes a sinus pressure-point aromatherapy massage with
therapeutic-grade essential oils and a full-body eucalyptus steam with a head, neck and shoulder
massage. Also relieves aches from sore muscles caused by colds. {NOTE: Cannot give this treatment
if you already have the Flu or fever is present.} 30 minutes $30

treatments for clients that want to lose inches, weight and burn fat. The higher temperature helps to
increase metabolism and actually burn fat and rid the body of toxins- and not just eliminate water
weight. The key to results is regularity and consistency. This produces results when steam treatments
are done 2 or 3 times a week for 6 weeks. Then a maintenance program is suggested of 2-3
treatments a month.
